This advanced summer school aims at researchers and students (PhD or Postdocs). It intends to promote exchanges between the theoretical mathematical developments on fluids and the more applied mathematics.
The themes for this summer school are
rotating flows and
magnetohydrodynamics.
Two courses will be given on each of these two topics. Each of these courses will
be given by a speaker belonging to a different community alternating theoretical and applied.
Research presentations illustrating recent research developments on these topics will also take place.
This summer school will also celebrate the 90th birthday of Professor H.K. Moffatt, who has made many essential contributions to both fields
